I’m getting my diet in balance. I’m not trying to jump into everything right away. I can’t go hardcore into new diet, working out at 6am and more. It’s tough.
Diet plays a massive roll in our bodies health. In 2004, I worked out consistently and saw great results and weight loss. I ate better too. I didn’t eat amazing though. The massive differences happened when I ate better. When I decided to eat loads of broccoli, spinach and peppers.
I’m not looking at my diet now in sense of restrictions but looking at it as a simplified sense. I don’t have to waste mental energy on what to make for dinner tonight.
Anyways, the diet is simplified. I wanted to just not what I had for breakfast and Lunch today. It’s simplified.

- 1.2 Cups of Lentils
- Coffee
- Water
